The aim of this course is to develop in participants a critical understanding of core subject concepts and the ability to select appropriate strategies that deliver sustainable and competitive supply chain performance in rapidly changing global markets. You will learn how to identify, select and implement the right strategies for supply chains. By studying this course, you will equip yourself with a deeper insight into the aspects that shape modern-day supply chains and what drives their strategies. A Professional Certificate in Operations Management
The course will empower participants with skills to address important aspects of business operations including demand and capacity management, inventory control, addressing productivity through job design and motivation, and quality management. Students are taught how to establish maintenance programs that can predict failures as well as how to configure processes, layouts and technology to achieve an efficient and effective operation.
On completion of this course, learners will be able to:
