Mrs. Benjamin has over six (6) years’ lecturing experience, and brings to the classroom her extensive experience in the field of Management and HR; she has worked in a variety of industries, from Oil and Gas to Construction.
She currently facilitates a range of courses in HRM and Business Management as well as the Employability Skills Courses on the University of London, ABE and Pearson BTEC programmes.
Mrs. Benjamin has published a paper in an internationally recognized peer-reviewed journal, on the Socio-Economic Factors and Job Satisfaction among Registered Nurses in the Public Health Care Sector in Trinidad and plans to continue to add to the body of knowledge available on Trinidad and Tobago.
