Jonathan Felix is a transdisciplinary educator and practitioner at the intersection of Design, Media, and Cultural Studies. His research interests include Alternative Media, Popular Culture and Digital Visual Discourses.
With over 15 years collective experience in the creative industries and higher education, he has worked independently and collaboratively in supporting teaching and learning through academic advisement, curriculum development, and quality assurance measures in the areas of humanities-based disciplines and creative skills.
His work over the years has allowed him to interact with students, faculty, industry practitioners, and bodies such as Design Objective, the College of Science, Technology, and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago, the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago, as well as institutions such as Pearson, the University of Greenwich, the University of Sunderland, and the Design Research Society.
