Mr. Gaston is an experienced educator, with a wealth of teaching and counselling experience. He currently serves as the Dean of Students at Queen’s Royal College, with over 10 years’ experience in carrying out core functions based on the implementation of a system for monitoring the academic performance and discipline for students. Additionally, he possesses 10+ years’ experience in Academic teaching at the CSEC Level; English Language and Literature.
Mr. Gaston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Major) with a minor in Communications, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and a Master of Arts degree in Education, with a concentration on Youth Guidance. He also has seven (7) years’ experience in career development, academic leadership, counselling, mentoring, student conduct and discipline.
