Richard Inniss

Mr. Inniss is a passionate and experienced educator with a strong investment in youth development and student leadership. He currently serves as a Dean of Students at Trinity College East, where he regularly creates, implements and measures the success of programs aligned to students’ academic performances, general discipline and student-related activities. He also wears the hat of a Mathematics/Additional Mathematics teacher at the institution, where, he has been successfully carrying students through the CSEC program. He has served in both capacities, competently, for over 5 years. He has been serving as a liaison for student leadership for two years, a title that focuses on academic excellence, career guidance, etiquette, peer mentorship and all-round development.
Mr. Inniss possesses Bachelor level qualifications in Mathematics, Computer Science and Business Management. He has also completed numerous short courses aligned to the field of teaching, held by world-renowned lecturers such as; Differentiated Instruction (Tomlinson), Mentorship (Attong), Policy Development(Weston), Online Teaching (Grant-Fraser), etc.
