Mr Fouché is a self-motivated, strategic thinker with sound analytical and technical skills. He has significant experience in strategic planning and project management, with a strong foundation in Information Technology, which facilitates his ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between the business and technical worlds. 

He has worked in the fields of media/telecommunication, finance, health, education and security in the private and public sectors, state-owned companies and regional agencies and has gained a unique combination of skills from over twenty-five years of experience in these various industries and sectors.  Mr. Fouché has participated in a number of corporate initiatives including organization restructuring, strategic planning, job evaluation exercises and policy formulation.  He, therefore, has a wealth of practical experience in addressing organizational issues and contributing positively to their development and transformation. 

He is the holder of an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Planning and is also PMP-certified, with a strong foundation in the field of Information Technology.

As a passion, he has been involved in training and development and has been lecturing on our Edinburgh Business School – Heriot-Watt University MBA programme for over twelve (12) years. He currently delivers courses in the areas of Strategic Planning, Project Management, Competitive Strategy, Strategic Risk Management, Developing & Executing Strategy and Delivering Successful Projects.

He was also responsible for the development of a longitudinal case study for the MBA – Delivering Successful Projects Module, launched in January 2020.
