We are pleased to announce that a team comprising of graduating SBCS University of Greenwich (UOG) students has been selected as one of the 30 finalist teams for the XII Edition of the Talent and Innovation Competition of the Americas (TIC Americas).
This year, 4,679 young people from 40 countries presented 3,491 proposals. 30 proposals were accepted.
The team, led by Kiran Deosingh and Varsha Teelucksingh, submitted as their mobile App Idea and prototype, a Parental Driving Monitor. This prototype is actually a refined version of Kiran’s final year UOG project.
The finalists will participate in the TIC Americas 2017 finals, which will take place June 17 – 19 in Mexico City. Further details of the next leg of the competition may be found
