On Saturday, July 9, 2016, SBCS’ Trincity and San Fernando campuses warmly welcomed our new cohorts for the Edinburgh Business School (EBS), Heriot-Watt University Masters programme, to SBCS.

Students were greeted by our Campus Managers, Ms. Candy Douglas (Trincity Campus) and Mrs. Terry Amirali-Rambharat (San Fernando Campus), this was followed by a video message from our Executive Director, Dr. Robin Maraj.

Our Course Administration and Student Services teams treated the attendees to vital information about the rules and regulations of SBCS, academic advice and GATE guidelines.

So that attendees got a real-world perspective about the quality of the programme, EBS graduates and current students were invited to share about their experiences on their postgraduate studies at SBCS.  This they did, and included insights on study skills and time management. As well, lecturers sought to inspire the attendees by talking about their time on the programme, both as students and as tutors.  In this regard, we cordially thank all guests who took time to be there with us.

The orientations closed with a fun segment, where SBCS tokens were given away to successful participants.
