Job Summary

  • To assist students/ potential students and the general public on various programmes offered by our affiliated U.K. International bodies and Universities and liaise with external professional institutions to provide information in an efficient and effective manner.
  • To assist and support current students to manage the requirements of their programme of choice.

Essential Functions:

  1. Provide knowledgeable, accurate and timely information on programmes to current and potential customers
  2. Prepare letters, invoices and quotations.
  3. Perform daily checks on classrooms and lab in preparation for classes.
  4. Confirm the department schedule with Central Academic Services and monitorE-screens on a daily basis.
  5. Prepare registers before the start of each course and maintain student attendance records.
  6. Maintain a database of registered studentsand follow up with Debtors.
  7. Provide support to lecturers for online sessions.
  8. Handle student issues/queries.
  9. Prepare certificates for courses
  10. Conduct evaluations and prepare evaluation summary report.
  11. Maintain course information and enrolment numbers on the website and intranet.
  12. Maintain programme and student files, both electronic and physical files.
  13. Assist with marketing our programmes.
  14. Assist with the setting up of Student E-Learning platform accounts and posting recordings for online sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • ABE/ HND Business certification or equivalent qualifications in a related field
  • 2 years experience in a customer service environment
